Empty

Empty the contents in to the toilet/sink and then fully clean before reinserting. Wash with cold water to help prevent staining.

To clean before reinserting, either rinse in the sink or - if you are out and about - just wipe clean with toilet paper and then rinse at your next convenience. There are little holes below the rim of the cup which help break the vacuum on removal. Make sure these holes are fully cleaned before reinsertion.
