+ WHICH SIZE SHOULD I USE?

LIGHT - Like a panty liner our light pads are designed to be super thin and discreet. Perfect for super light periods, discharge days or as extra peace of mind alongisde your bettercup.

MEDIUM - For a light to regular period. Our medium pad holds the equivalent to 2 regular tampons.

HEAVY - When you need to bring out the big guns, our heavy pads are perfect to wear over night, for heavy period days and also for post-birth bleeding.

+ HOW DO I WASH THEM?

better pads are super easy to wash! After using your betterpad give it a thorough rinse in cold water (this helps minimise staining) then pop them in with your usual laundry. Wash at 30 degrees and then hang dry. Don't tumble dry and don't use fabric conditioner. Told you it was easy!

+ HOW DO I CHANGE A PAD IN PUBLIC?

Unclip the poppers to remove the better pad from your underwear. Then fold the pad in on itself lengthways and then fold the wings over the top and fasten the poppers. Your pad will now have turned into a clever little pouch, making it clean and easy to pop in a compartment in your bag to take home and wash later!

+ HOW LONG CAN I WEAR A PAD FOR?

This is dependent on what you are using the pad for. If using our -light- pads as a liner you might find your happy with it in all day. For heavier periods you may want to change your pad every few hours.

+ WILL MY BETTER PAD LEAK?

We are very proud of our better pad designs. We worked hard to bring you the thinnest most descreet pads whilst also being the most effective. The pads are made with a super absorbant, breathable organic cotton. The base layer is a waterproof treated polyester (100% recycled). There is no reason for your pad to leak, just make sure you're changing for a fresh one when the time is right!

+ CAN I USE A BETTER PAD AFTER BIRTH?

Yes! Our -heavy- pads were made with post-birth bleeding in mind. They are super soft and breathable, creating a much nicer experience than disposable pads.

+ WHAT UNDERWEAR SHOULD I WEAR WITH A PAD?

You don't need specific underwear with your better pad but we would recommend well fitted briefs with a strong gusset. So that your better pad has something strong to hold on to!
