A bettercup is a reusable silicone cup that sits inside the vagina (like a tampon) and collects your menstrual fluid.
Choose your bettercup.
Size A is for those who are under 25 or who haven’t given birth vaginally
Size B is for those who are over 25 or who have given birth vaginally
Choose your better pads.
LIGHT Light and thin, our liner is perfect if you need a little peace of mind. For those light flow days or the days when you know your period is due. You can even use your liner as a little back up alongside your bettercup or if you like to have something there for a heavier discharge day.

So you know we’re 100% medical-grade silicone menstrual cups, but you want to know a little more about what we do and why we do it?
Why?
Disposable sanitary products are filling up landfill all over the world and millions of people can’t afford the “luxury” of hygienic sanitary products. We want to eradicate both problems in one.
Where?
Our first partnership is with Hamara Hope School, a rural farm school in Zimbabwe. This is a very special partnership for us as is it was one of the main catalysts in the birth of bettercup.
